Guided Walkthrough:
STEP 1- Login into the Hall Pass admin portal: https://admin.conciergepadedu.com
STEP 2- Click the Restrictions tab in the left sidebar menu.
STEP 3- Click the Add New Restriction button to create a new group.
STEP 4- Type the name for the group in the text box.
STEP 5- Type the reason for the restriction group in the Reason field.
STEP 6- From here, click the Create button to save the new restriction rule.
STEP 7- Click Yes to create the restriction.
STEP 8- Click the Details button to add students.
STEP 9- Click the dropdown menu to search students by name.
STEP 10- Select the student, then click Add to Case button to add them to the group.
STEP 11- Click Yes to confirm.
REMOVING A STUDENT:
STEP 1- To remove a student from a group, click the Remove button.
Helpful Tips:
Students can be in more than one restriction group at a time
Once removed from a group, they can be readded if necessary
Double check you are removing the correct student before clicking the remove button
