Logged in with Username/Email Previously
This guide walks you through logging in to your ConCntric account using SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) if you previously had a user name and password to login to ConCntric. Follow the steps below in order, starting from the login page to confirming your account linking.
1. Go to the ConCntric Login Page
Open your browser and navigate to the ConCntric login page: https://app.concntric.com/auth/tenant-selection.
You’ll see the Sign In screen with the ConCntric logo.
Enter your email address.
Click Sign In.
2. Choose SAML SSO Login
If your organization uses SAML SSO, you’ll be redirected to your company’s identity provider page (e.g., Microsoft, Okta, Google).
On the company sign-in screen, enter your work email and click Next (Microsoft is shown in example).
Complete any authentication required (such as password, Multi Factor Authentication (MFA), etc.).
3. Confirm Linking
After clicking the link, you’ll be taken back to ConCntric. If your ConCntric account already exists, you’ll see a message like:
Option 1: Click Review profile if you want to verify account details.
Option 2: Click Add to existing account to complete the linking process.
4. Handle Account Linking (First-Time Setup)
If this is your first time signing in with SSO, you may see a message asking you to link your SAML account with your existing ConCntric account.
The screen will notify you that an email has been sent to verify and link your account.
Check your inbox for an email from info@concntric.com with the subject “Link SAML SSO”.
Note: If you do not receive the email, add info@concntric.com to your safe sender's list or check your spam inbox.
5. Open the “Link SAML SSO” Email
In your inbox, open the email titled “Link SAML SSO”.
Review the message — it confirms that someone requested to link your account.
Click “Link to confirm account linking.”
Note: The link expires in 5 minutes, so complete this step promptly.
6. Successful SSO Setup
Once linked, your ConCntric account is now associated with your organization’s SAML SSO system. Next time you log in, you can simply:
Go to ConCntric login page.
Enter your email.
You’ll automatically be redirected to your organization’s SSO (e.g., Microsoft). After authentication, you’ll be logged directly into ConCntric.
Never set up ConCntric Username/password
This guide walks you through logging into your ConCntric account using SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) if you have never set up a ConCntric username or password before.
1. Ensure an internal team member invites you to their ConCntric Project.
An active ConCntric User will go to their project and select “manage members" from the lefthand panel.
They will enter the internal team members' user email, assign a role, select a business unit, and click ‘send invite’.
2. Check your inbox and spam for an invite email from your fellow internal team member.
Once you open the email, click on ‘Work with the team’ button.
If you do not see the email in your inbox, check spam/junk. If you still cannot find the email, add “info@concntric.com” to your safe sender's list and ask your colleague to resend the invite.
3. If you use Microsoft go to Step 5. If you use Okta, continue here.
4. You may be redirected to your IDP & Company Login Screen
If you are currently logged into your company network, you may not see the screen below and instead will be authenticated into ConCntric to start working. If so, you are done!
If you are not currently logged into your company network, you may see a screen that is branded with your company logo.
Enter your company email address and company password that you use to login normally to your network to authenticate into ConCntric to start working.
5. Complete the following information
This will only be required the first time you login and should be the email that you got your invite from.
6. Login with SSO
Once linked, your ConCntric account is now associated with your organization’s SAML SSO system. Next time you log in, you can simply:
Go to ConCntric login page.
Enter your email.
Click Sign in with SAML SSO to be redirected to your company login screen.
Enter your credentials associated with your company login (I.e. the email and password you use for your email and other SSO-enabled applications)
Troubleshooting
Didn’t get the email? Go back to the Link SAML screen and click “Click here” to resend the verification.
Link expired? Request a new linking email and try again.
Account already linked? Just sign in normally using your SSO credentials — no need to repeat the linking process.
