Create a New Project: Overview

Summary

  1. To create a new project, navigate to the top right corner of the interface and click Create Project.

  2. Blank Project should be selected for any project with current or future milestones. This project type will give you full access to all project solutions and can accommodate multiple estimates deliverables. These deliverables will be assigned to milestones.

  3. Legacy Project should be selected for all completed projects that are used for historical reference. This project type will give you access to a limited set of project solutions. Given that these projects are already completed, there would be no need to add milestones. Only one completed estimate is required.

  4. Concept Project allows you to explore budgets in Concept Hub. Concept hub will be discussed in detail in subsequent videos. Alternatively, you can access this type of project by clicking on Create Analysis from the top right of the screen.

  5. For blank and legacy projects, it is important that the estimate file you upload is properly mapped and prepared. Your customer success team will work closely with you based on the estimating solution you use to ensure a seamless project creation.
