From the list of the value optioneering items, click on any item to view more details. You can specify which columns to see in the table, and use the advanced filters to narrow down your search. Note that scenario modeling is only available for pending items.

Scenarios can be used to easily manage VO items and group them together. Start by selecting the items you want to group together. A dialog will show the cost implications of each item as well as the cumulative cost effect of the selected items. You can add them to an existing scenario, or save them as a new scenario.

Click on the edit menu next to a scenario to rename it, and browse a list of all your items, so you can easily manage the items in the scenario.

Approving and rejecting VO items can be done by scenario, or by individual item. To approve an item, select the checkbox, click Approve, and then specify which milestone estimate is affected by this VO item.

In the ForeSite Summary, you can find the current estimate and the cumulative value of approved, rejected and pending items.

From the Manage Items tool, you can see a list of all items.

Finally, the export button lets you export a list of your project's items.
