At Concreit, we aim to make your tax season as hassle-free as possible. We'll send you a Form 1099-DIV to simplify your tax filing process. You can expect to receive a Form 1099-DIV for each holding in your portfolio that has generated aggregate distributions of $10 or more during the tax year.

For personalized tax advice tailored to your specific situation, we recommend consulting with your CPA or tax professional. While we can't offer individualized tax guidance, we're here to help you access your documents easily.

Accessing Your Tax Documents

Here's a quick guide on how to access your important tax documents:

  1. Click on "Account Activity" (located in the top left corner).

  2. Navigate to the "Documents" Section.

  3. Select "Tax Documents."

Please note that your PDF document is password protected, and the password is the last four digits of your Social Security number.

Document Availability

We aim to have your tax documents prepared and ready by February 1st. Once available, you'll receive an email or push notification with a link to access your documents. Be sure to download them promptly, as the link will expire for security reasons.

Accessing Documents After Closing Your Account

If you've closed your account and still need access to your documents, don't worry! Just email us at help@concreit.com. After verifying your identity, we'll work with you to ensure you get the documents you need.

Download Reminder

Please note that the download steps provided are for documents from the previous complete year. If you need your updated tax documents after February 1st, they'll be available for download following the same process.
