At Concreit, we're here to make your tax season as hassle-free as possible. We'll be sending you a Form 1099-DIV, which simplifies your tax filing process. You can expect to receive a Form 1099-DIV for each holding in your portfolio that has generated aggregate distributions of $10 or more during the tax year.

For personalized tax advice tailored to your specific situation, we recommend consulting with your CPA or tax professional. We're unable to provide individualized tax guidance, but we're here to assist with accessing your documents smoothly.

Accessing Your Tax Documents

Here's a quick guide on how to access your important tax documents:

Click on "Account Activity" (located in the top left corner).

Navigate to the "Documents" Section.

Select "Tax Documents."

Please remember that your PDF document is password protected, and the password is the last four digits of your Social Security number.

Document Availability

Our target is to have them prepared and ready for you by February 1st. Keep an eye on your inbox for an email or push notification containing a link to your tax documents. Keep in mind that this link will expire for security reasons, so it's a good idea to access and download your documents promptly.

Accessing Documents After Closing Your Account

If you've closed your account and still need access to your documents, don't worry! Just shoot us an email at help@concreit.com. Once we've verified your identity, we'll collaborate to ensure you get the documents you require.
