Withdrawal rules

Settlement period

After you invest, your money needs to go through a short waiting period before it can be taken out.

We have a 60-day hold on all new investments. That means you won’t be able to withdraw those funds until it’s been at least 60 days since the investment was processed. Once that time has passed, your withdrawal request can be reviewed and approved.

Withdrawing to a different bank account

For security reasons, if you’d like to withdraw funds to a different bank account than the one originally used to fund your investment, we may need to verify additional information before we can proceed.

If your original bank account is closed or you no longer have access to it, our Investor Success team can assist you with redirecting the withdrawal. In this case, we may ask you to provide:

  • A brief explanation of why you're unable to use the original bank account

  • A voided check or bank statement showing that you are the owner of the new account

Please note:
Initiating a withdrawal to a different bank account may result in additional processing time, as we take extra steps to verify account ownership and ensure your funds are safely redirected.
