Settlement period

After your funds are invested, the transaction needs to “settle” before you can request a withdrawal to your bank account. If it's been less than 60 days since the investment was processed, withdrawal requests will be subject to a 60-day hold before approval.

Withdrawing to a different bank account

For security purposes, you may be required to verify additional information if you wish to withdraw funds to a different bank account than the one you originally funded them from.

If the original bank account is closed or you are unable to access it, our Investor Success team can help initiate the withdrawal to a different bank account. Please be aware you may be required to share:

  • A brief description of why you are unable or unwilling to withdraw to the bank account you originally deposited funds from.

  • A voided check or a bank statement showing that you are the account holder of the bank account. You can securely send your documents through our in-app chat or email us at help@concreit.com.

Please note that initiating a withdrawal to a different bank account may cause additional delays in processing your request.
