Just like everything on Concreit, we’re making things easier. You can pick and choose your own homes, or put your portfolio curation on autopilot with Auto-Invest and Goals. Our expert team will handle everything from the deal-making of the home to the clogged toilets.
When can I buy a home?
We’re in the process of getting our offering qualified by the SEC to open this up to everyone, but in the meantime, we’ll be launching our first homes in a very limited fashion to our priority access members mainly through 506(b) offerings to accredited investors.
In order to accommodate everyone, we’ll be releasing access to each home through priority access groups. We will randomly select members from the top 350 positions. Each group will have a set of accredited investors and 35 non-accredited investors.
We’ll be reserving only 35 non-accredited slots for each home. With high demand from investors, oversubscriptions are likely. Limited shares are available; act fast to secure your spot and build wealth hassle-free.
