No. Fortunately, there is a form of ownership structure called a limited liability structure that can help protect you from personal liability.

In a limited liability structure, the property is owned by a legal entity separate from yourself, such as a limited liability company (LLC). This means that any legal action taken against the property would be directed towards the LLC rather than towards you personally. As a result, your personal assets would be shielded from any potential claims or damages.
