As a Starter or Business Account, you are able to appoint a ManagePro Account to manage your account for you so that the submissions you make will be directly managed by the ManagePro Account. This would be useful for strata and property managers, schools that manage classes as multiple channels, or companies that have multiple sites (just to name a few).

To appoint a ManagePro Account, simply click Account Management under the Account Settings tab; which will bring you to a page where you can search the company you want to appoint to manage you. 

Search for the name of the company and send the request. They then have the ability to accept your request and oversee your account's management. 

Similarly, if you have a ManagePro account you can receive requests to manage sub accounts. You can accept or decline these requests as it suits your business.
