You may need to add an individual or a group as recipients to a branch but they may not yet be registered on Conexie.
Fear not! You can still add their emails, as you would any other recipient. They will receive an email notifying them of their inclusion as a contact for your business, and a link to prompt them to download and register.
You can all now receive notifications and submissions and act on the queries you will start receiving.
