Capturing an ID from a user

In the same manner that you are able to request a user to classify something specific about your business by uploading a list of pre-determined data (for example locker numbers), you can also use this list feature to capture identifiers that the user enters themselves. Doing this will prompt the user to enter this information at the level you choose, before they can progress to the next stage of their communication.ย 

For example, a hire car business would request the car's registration number to assist in providing the customer (and Conexie user) the most comprehensive level of service. The user will be prompted to enter their Vehicle Rego ID which would let you know the precise car you will need to deal with as shown below.

To do this, create an Inventory List.ย
