Connecting to the Costco Portal

Follow these steps to integrate Confido with the Costco Portal

  1. Note: Administrator Access is Required to complete

  2. Log in to Costco Hub Portal, select Vendor Access Management

  1. Choose the appropriate vendor number (if you have access to more than one) and select View

    Note: If you sell through both Costco US and Costco Canada, these are separate setups in the Costco Hub Portal, each under its own vendor number. Completing this for Costco US does not enable Costco Canada (or vice versa) — repeat the Add User step under the Costco Canada vendor number too. If Costco Canada shows "Active" in Confido but data isn't flowing, this is the most common cause.

  2. Select the Add User and enter the email address provided in Confido, under the Setup Instructions for Costco

  3. Fill out the required additional information.

    1. First Name: Confido

    2. Last Name: Tech

    3. Phone Number: (313) 608 2415

  4. Application Access

    1. Select Save Changes and notify the Confido Team
