Connecting to the Walmart Portal

Follow these steps to integrate Confido with the Walmart Portal

  1. Note:

    1. Administrator Access in Retail Link is required

    2. Bot tokens expire after 60 days. Systematic reminders will be sent to the bot users prior to expiration to ensure there is time to create a new token.

      Add New User

    3. Log in to Retail Link and select your initials in the top right corner. Select User Management from the dropdown menu

    4. Click Admin Settings

    5. Select + New User

    6. Complete Mandatory Fields

      1. First Name: Confido

      2. Last Name: Tech

      3. Email: Use the email address provided in Confido, under the Setup Instructions for Walmart

      4. Phone: (313) 608-2415

      5. Select the check box next to ✅ “This is a Bot User Account”

      6. Employee Position: Other

      7. Employee Type: Direct Employee

  2. Select Add User in the top right corner

  3. Once added navigate to the Confido user and select the [...] and click View Profile

  4. Scroll to the bottom and copy the Bot Token

  5. Now, navigate the Confido and select Integrations

    1. Go to Walmart and select the [...] on right hand side

    2. Select Update Bot Token

    3. Input the copied Bot Token from above

  6. Save Changes and notify the Confido Team
