How to Initiate a Dispute for KeHe or UNFI

Select Deductions on the left hand nav
1. This will show all disputes filed from Confido
This view will show all deductions all open deductions
1. Use Filter or Sort by to easily navigate through the deductions you need to submit
2. To access these views next time click Save for quick reference
Click the [->] View on deduction you want to dispute
1. If needed update the status in the top right corner to Dispute
A pop-up displaying the deduction information will appear
1. Details will display to provide more context:
  1. Deduction Information
  2. Promo Information
  3. Approval Information
To submit a claim for UNFI input the following details under Claim Line:
1. Amount
  Message
  PO Number
  DC
  Supporting Documents
2. Click Submit Claim
  1. The status will move to Filing in Process
  2. The claim and Supplier Dispute Form will be sent from the email inbox integrated into Confido and can be tracked from the email inbox

To submit a claim for KeHe input the following details under Claim Line:
1. Amount
  Message
2. Click Submit Claim
  1. The status will move to Filing in Process
  2. The claim will be pushed directly into the KeHe portal and can be tracked there
To view all disputes click Accounting on the left hand nav and select Disputes
