Integrating Confido with Ahold

To ensure your Ahold portal is connected with Confido complete the following steps:

  1. In Confido select Integrations on the left hand nav

  2. Click Software in the top right corner

  3. Find Ahold Delhaize

  4. Input your Username and Password

    1. Note username should be the full email address

  5. Now, login to an Ahold account at this url. An admin account is not required.

  6. Navigate to this link in Microsoft.

  7. Click + Add sign-in method

  1. Click Microsoft Authenticator

  1. Click I want to use a different authenticator app

  1. Click Next

  1. Click Can’t scan image?

  1. Copy the secret key and click Next

  1. Now, login to Confido and select Integrations or click here

  2. Click [...] next the Ahold Delhaize and select Update Secret key

  3. Enter the secret key into Confido

  1. Once entered, click Get 2FA Code

  2. Copy the code

  1. Now, go back to the Microsoft Authenticator and enter the 6 digit 2FA code

  2. Click Next

  3. The update is complete, thanks!
