Video Walkthrough:
Leveraging Forecast Reporting in Confido:
Navigate to the Forecast Reporting sub-module under Sales
Click Create Dashboard
Here you have the option to share the Dashboard with all team members or keep the dashboard only viewable for you
After creating a Dashboard, click +Add Report in the top right to create your first visual
After adding a report, you can configure a customer report:
Choose a table or line graph view
Decide whether to include Sales Actuals (Pro Tip: helpful for monitoring forecast accuracy)
Group data by Product, Product Family, or Planning Group
Select time intervals: Weeks, Months, Quarters, or Years
Choose the number of groups to display: Top 5, 10, 15, or 20
Select a metric: Units, Cases, or Dollars
To bring in specific data points, you can filter reports by Product, Product Family, or Planning Group using the Filter icon in the top right
To save the report to your dashboard, click Add Report
Formatting Reports Within Your Dashboard:
The graphs or tables brought in can be resized by dragging the bottom right corner of the component to the desired size
You can exclude information from the graph in the dashboard view by clicking on the item in the legend (and click it again to bring the data back)
Visuals can also be moved around on the page by dragging them from the top left dotted box
