Note: Walmart's bot token expires every 60 days. Confido will let you know when a new token is needed, but if you'd like to proactively check or refresh it, follow the steps below on that cadence.
Login to Retail Link
Click your name in the top right corner
Select My User Account
Click Admin Settings
Select User Management
Find the Confido User
Select View Profile
In the top right corner select Generate Bot Token
Scroll to the bottom of the user information
Copy the Bot Token
Now, navigate the Confido and select Integrations
Go to Walmart and click the drop-down carrot for the "Credential configured"
Click the refresh icon on the right-hand side of the page
Input the copied Bot Token from above
