Updating Expired Bot Token for Walmart

Every 90 days the Walmart Bot Token Expires. To reauthenticate with Confido use the steps below:

  1. Login to Retail Link

  2. Click your name in the top right corner

  3. Select My User Account

  4. Click Admin Settings

  5. Select User Management

  6. Find the Confido User

  7. Select View Profile

  8. In the top right corner select Generate Bot Token

  9. Scroll to the bottom of the user information

  10. Copy the Bot Token

  1. Now, navigate the Confido and select Integrations

    1. Go to Walmart and select the [...] on right hand side

    2. Select Update Bot Token

    3. Input the copied Bot Token from above

  1. This is now updated !
