Adding Confido Deduction Link to Credit Memo Line in Netsuite

To add a hyperlink to the Confido Deduction in Netsuite, follow the steps below

  • In Netsuite, navigate to Customization --> Lists, Records, & Fields --> Transaction Line Fields

  • Add a new Transaction Line Field, and in the configuration, ensure the set-up is as shown in the screenshot below:

    • Label: Can be free text

    • ID: Must be confido_deduction_link

    • Type: Must be hyperlink

    • Applies To: Select all checkboxes

This should now flow into Netsuite once configured!
