Re-Connecting NetSuite and Confido

TL;DR: If your NetSuite connection breaks, regenerate your Consumer Secrets and Access Token in NetSuite, then re-enter the credentials in Confido under Integrations → Software.

1. Regenerate Consumer Secrets

In NetSuite, navigate to Setup > Integration > Manage Integrations. Find the Confido Integration, click Edit, then click Reset Credentials.

Keep this tab open or store the new Consumer Key and Consumer Secret somewhere safe — you will need them in step 3.

2. Create a New Access Token

Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Access Tokens > New. Select the relevant application, user, and role, then click Save.

Keep this tab open or store the Token ID and Token Secret somewhere safe — you will need them in step 3.

3. Re-Enter Credentials into Confido

In Confido, navigate to Integrations → Software and click "Reconnect Account."

Enter the following:

  1. Your NetSuite subdomain (the first 7 characters of your NetSuite URL)

  2. The Consumer Key and Consumer Secret from step 1

  3. The Token ID and Token Secret from step 2
