Build the Report
Follow these steps to build a Circana (formerly IRI) actuals report. Export the final report as a CSV and send it to your Confido contact.
Log in to Circana and navigate to Report Builder → Create.
Under Product, select All UPCs for your product.
Under Geography, select all relevant RMAs at the level you are planning in Confido.
For Time, select all relevant week ending dates. We generally recommend the last 2 years of weekly data.
Select Measures
Pull in the following measures, grouped by category.
Volume
Unit Sales
Dollar Sales
Distribution
Total Points of Distribution
Pricing
Price per Unit
Promo / Non-Promo Distribution
Total Points of Distribution Any Merch
Base & Incremental Volume
Base Dollar Sales
Base Unit Sales
Incremental Dollars
Incremental Units
Store Performance
of Stores Selling
Promotion Effectiveness
Dollars % Lift
Units % Lift
Configure and Export
Open Configure and place Geography, Product, and Time under Rows.
In the same view, place Measures under Columns.
Save the report.
Export as CSV and send the file to your Confido contact.
