To submit disputes, Confido's provisioned account in Kroger requires a particular permission level: Supplier Analyst or Supplier Admin. You can update this yourself directly in Kroger's Supplier Connect portal.
2 ways to access the Supplier Connect portal:
(1) Through the Kroger Partner Pass portal (attached screenshot), or
(2) The direct Kroger Supplier Connect login page
Once in Supplier Connect, go to Settings (gear icon on the left-hand side).
Click System Settings. This brings you to the list of users on your account.
Find the Confido-provisioned account (associated with ...@confidoaccounting.com), then scroll all the way to the right until you see the Action column.
Click the three dots (...) under the Action column, then select Edit User.
In the Edit User window, update the role to Supplier Analyst (or the appropriate role for your needs), then click Save.
