If Confido's provisioned account in Kroger's Partner Pass portal needs a different permission level — for example, upgrading from Supplier Viewer to Supplier Analyst or Supplier Admin so Confido can file disputes on your behalf — you can update this yourself directly in Partner Pass.
Log in to Kroger Partner Pass and go to Settings (gear icon on the left-hand side).
Click System Settings. This brings you to the list of users on your account.
Find the Confido-provisioned account, then scroll all the way to the right until you see the Action column.
Click the three dots (...) under the Action column, then select Edit User.
In the Edit User window, update the role to Supplier Analyst (or the appropriate role for your needs), then click Save.
Note: If you can't locate the Confido-provisioned account, or don't see the option to edit its role, reach out to your Kroger Partner Pass administrator — role management permissions are controlled by Kroger, not Confido.
