Why you're seeing this error
UNFI's supplier portal (My UNFI) now includes a Dispute Center for managing disputes online. Access is not turn on automatically - UNFI has to provision it for each supplier individually.
If you go to your UNFI dashboard and see an error like "missing dispute center access" instead of the Dispute Center (shown below), it means one of two things:
You don't have a My UNFI login at all, or
You have a login, but UNFI hasn't provisioned Dispute Center access for your account specifically
Step 1: Confirm this is an access issue
If you can log into My UNFI but don't see a Dispute Center tile or a link or you click into it and get an error, this is expected when access hasn't been provisioned yet (see image below). This isn't a setting Confido or you can turn on from the supplier side - it has to be set up directly by UNFI on their end.
Step 2: Request access from UNFI
To get Dispute Center access provisioned, you'll need to contact UNFI directly:
Email UNFI at myunfisupplier@unfi.com and request Dispute Center access for your supplier account. Include your supplier/vendor number and the email address your My UNFI login is registered under, so UNFI can locate and update the right account.
UNFI will confirm once access has been granted. You may need to log out and back into My UNFI for the Dispute Center to appear.
