UNFI Supplier Dashboard

How to Connect

Enter credentials within Confido (Integrations > Retailers > UNFI > UNFI Supplier Dashboard). Any team member with valid UNFI credentials can add them. If your organization’s admin holds the credentials, they should complete the setup to ensure proper access and permissions.

Apps & Permissions Required

  • Dispute Center access is required. If you do not have access to the dispute center inside of the UNFI Supplier Dashboard, reach out to your UNFI rep or myunfisupplier@unfi.com. If UNFI data is not pulling into Confido, check whether the account used has access to the UNFI Disputes Center. If the current account lacks these permissions, request that UNFI grant the necessary access, then retry the integration setup.

Purpose

  • AP dispute submissions & correspondence

Email-Based Disputes

How to Connect

No action required. Confido will submit disputes from and ingest replies to the Confido accounting email (@confidoaccounting.com). Ensure that the email address receiving UNFI remittance emails is integrated with Confido and actively receiving remittances. This is critical for Confido to process and display the data correctly.

Purpose

UNFI Capstone

How to Connect

Enter credentials within Confido (Integrations > Retailers > UNFI > UNFI Capstone).

Purpose

  • Select deduction backup

💡 All natural suppliers should have received access to the UNFI Supplier Dashboard portal effective April 6, 2026. If the brand has not yet set up their access, they should reach out to their UNFI rep for setup / access or follow the steps available at the login page where it says 'Need a myUNFI Login? Request one here.'
