Overview
What KeHE is
KeHE is a natural, organic, and specialty foods distributor. If you sell through KeHE, they hold the sales, inventory, and deduction data for that portion of your business
What KeHE CONNECT Supplier is
KeHE CONNECT Supplier (connectsupplier.kehe.com) is KeHE's supplier-facing portal. It's where you manage your company profile and users, and where KeHE CONNECT BI reporting lives
What you're setting up
You'll create a named Confido user inside your own KeHE CONNECT account. Confido then logs in as that user and pulls your reports on a recurring basis.
This is a provisioned user, not a shared password
Why Confido needs this access
Once connected, on your behalf, Confido can:
Pull checks, deduction detail and backups
Access the K-solve portal for deduction dispute submissions
Before you start
VendorAdmin permission in KeHE CONNECT is required. If your KeHE user doesn't have it, you won't see the Manage Users option in Step 2 — see Notes below
Have your ESN handy. Your Enterprise Supplier Number is your supplier ID in KeHE's system, and you'll need to enter it during user creation
Get the Confido provisioning email address. In Confido, select Integrations on the left-hand nav, find KeHE, and open Setup Instructions. The email address listed there is the one to use — it's specific to your brand
Step-by-step
Log in to connectsupplier.kehe.com. From the Dashboard, under the My Company tab, select Manage Users
On the User Management page, select Create New User, enter your ESN, and you will be taken to the Create User page
On the Create User page, enter the following:
Field | Value (Illustrative) |
First Name | Confido |
Last Name | Your brand name |
Title | Accounting |
Groups | Select all four: Vendor, VendorAdmin, VendorManager, VendorReportsVendor |
4. Click Create User in the bottom right corner
5. Notify your Confido CSM and we will verify the account and confirm access is live
