Sometimes a transaction will fail. This article covers what to do in case a transaction fails.

Successful transactions will show in the Registration window along with the amount. Failed transactions won't show up in Connect Space, but will be recorded in Stripe. Follow the steps below to check for failed transactions in your Stripe account.

Checking if the transaction failed

1) Log into your Stripe Connect account.

2) In the search bar at the top, search by the email address, or full name of the registrant. There are other search functions available as well, such as status of payment.

3) Click on the transaction in question, and you'll be able to see if the transaction was successful, or failed.
