Often an attendee may find it convenient to have their event agenda imported into their calendar. These simple steps explain how to place your agenda at their fingertips!
- From your event, click Agenda in the side navigation.
- Click the Preview tab, and choose Agenda from the dropdown menu.
- Click the calendar icon next to the event dates.
- Choose the appropriate calendar app from the dropdown menu (i.e. outlook, gmail etc.)
Here are some key points about adding an agenda to a calendar:
The entire day will be added to the calendar app.
If breakout sessions or other more detailed data are needed, edit those details from within the calendar app.
