If you need help or have any issues, our support team is here for you. You can easily submit a support ticket through Intercom by following the simple steps below.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Go to the Support Page
    Visit our official Support Page where assistance is just a click away.

  2. Find the Message Icon
    Look in the corner of the page — usually the bottom right. You’ll see a message icon (a chat bubble). Click on it to open the Intercom chat window.

  3. Select a Product
    After the chat window opens, you'll be prompted to select the product you need help with. This helps us direct your query to the right team.

  4. Enter the Details
    Type in the details of your issue or question. Be as specific as possible so we can assist you more efficiently.

  5. Create Your Ticket
    Once you’ve filled in all the necessary information, just click Create. Your message will be submitted as a support ticket, and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
