Q: Why Don't I see my customers in my EU UK ConnectBooks Accounts?
A: Most likely, your customer in QB isn't set up with the same marketplace currency. Select the right currency for the customer, then run a sync, now you should be able to see/select the customer in ConectBooks.
Q: I can't map the products because I can't see the entire product description of the product I'm mapping too.
A: Hover with the mouse on the text you are seeing that will bring up the rest of the product description.
Q: I added item in QuickBooks but i dont see it in ConnectBooks?
A: You need to update the web connector so ConnectBooks syncs all new changes in QuickBooks.(Learn how to update the web connector here)
