If you want to allow overselling bundle master(selling more than your current component stock suggests), use this configuration:
Enable "Continue selling when out of stock" at product page
Enable Bundle Groups: This ensures that when a bundle is sold, the components are still deducted.
Disable Master Calculation: This stops the 10-minute auto-refresh, preventing the system from overriding your manual stock levels or setting them to zero.
