If you install Connected Inventory after 20 May 2021, 'multiple location feature' has been enabled by default.
π‘ If you installed the app before 20 May 2021 and you would like to enjoy this feature, please uninstall it and re-install the app again via Shopify Apps Store.
How to check or activate my app support multiple location feature?
1) Go to "Setting" to check the multiple location feature setting
2) If your screen setting is not same as below. Uninstall the app and re-install it again via Shopify Apps Store to enjoy the multiple location feature.
How multiple location feature work?
Assume you have 3 locations set up in the store. There are two bundles.
Sock Bundle contains 1 Blue sock, 1 Red sock and 1 Orange sock.
T-Shirt Bundle contains 1 Blue T-shirt, 1 Red T-shirt and 1 Orange T-Shirt.
When there is a new order buying one Sock Bundle and one T-Shirt Bundle.
One Sock Bundle (which is fulfilled at Location A)
One T-Shirt Bundle (which is fulfilled at Location B)
Connected Inventory will perform
Reduce the Blue Sock, Red Sock and Orange Sock at Location A, The Socks in other locations will keep untouched.
Reduce the Blue T-shirt, Red T-shirt and Orange T-shirt at Location B.
