Sometimes in the field there isn’t time to enter all of your case information in real-time and you need to circle back later to enter your Events. So we built a feature to allow you to upload a picture of the signature to the case instead of signing it live.
To add an uploaded image of the signature for an Event:
Create the event and mark your devices as used for the case
Click Submit for Billing
Type in the name for the signature
Then, instead of signing, click the link below the signature field to upload an image
You may do this for the Representative Signature and/or the Hospital Signature
Then, click “Submit for Billing” and proceed as you would normally to bill for the case
