We allow you to save time and make sure no cases slip through the cracks in the billing pipeline by automatically sending the invoice via email when the PO has been added to the Event. This article covers how to set this up:
Turn it on in the Organizational Settings
To enable this feature for your organization:
Log into the Console as an Admin
Navigate to Settings, then select the “Organization” tab
Scroll down to the “Custom Settings” section
Turn the toggle for “Auto-send invoice email on receipt of PO #” to ON
