It can be difficult coordinating between the manufacturer, delivery services, SPD, the rep, and the operating room. It can be difficult to know and confirm that the trays are ready for the case. Well now ConnectSx has a feature that allows the rep (or another entity) to confirm that all of the sets needed for the case have arrived and is ready for the case. Also try using the case readiness report.
Create the case
Verify that all inventory is prepped and ready for the case
Navigate to the case detail screen
Check the box for “All Sets Confirmed at Facility, Ready for Use”
Then save.
