Download the Invoice .CSV
First you must Complete the Event by entering the PO # in your Event (bringing it to a Completed Event status)
Now the Invoice will be available for download
Navigate to the Event detail screen
Click on the “More” breadcrumbs
Select “Generate Invoice”
Then select “Download CSV”
Now the invoice will download to your system as a .CSV
Import your .CSV to your Financial system
Look for documentation in the support portal or knowledge base of your financial system provider for more information on how to import invoices or .CSV documents.

Next you need to take the .CSV you just downloaded and import it into Quickbooks.
First log into your Quickbooks account
Navigate to Settings → Import Data → Invoices
Then follow the instructions
