There are many instances where device or inventory stickers need to be a part of the official case records that are left with the Hospital and/or sent back to corporate headquarters. Using your iPhone’s camera, you are able to photograph multiple implant stickers and associate them with the Sales Order Form/DUT. These will then be included in the PDF as attached pages (the number of pages will depend on the number of stickers photographed).

To add implant or other inventory stickers to the Sales Order Form/DUT:
Select the relevant event from the Events section using the navigation at the bottom of the screen
At the bottom of the Event page, click the “+” button under the “Device Labels” heading
When prompted, decide if you are picking images form your photo library or taking new images with the camera
Select and confirm the images
You will see thumbnails of the images in the “Device Labels” section
You can remove images by clicking the “x” in the top right corner of any thumbnail
When you print the PDF, you will get 1 or more pages with the device labels included
Remember that you can select images from your photo library, too. This can come in handy if you want to do the paperwork after the case. Just snap quick shots of your device labels and then use those to complete the Sales Order Form/DUT as time allows.
Remember that you may also upload documents and other files to an Event, though not all will appear on the sales order.
