Pay your Unpaid Commissions
While you cannot pay your commissions from Beacon, you can check your unpaid commissions for your cases based on the commission rates you have set up.
Navigate to the Events screen as an Admin
Click on the Sales Intelligence Dashboard
Apply any filters you require, such as Representative Name, Distributor Group, or Date Range then click the Refresh button to apply them.
Scroll down to the Unpaid Commissions report to view which commissions have not been marked as paid. These are the ones you'll want to make sure you've paid.
Mark your Commissions as Paid
If you have paid a commission make sure to mark it so the report will be updated and you don't end up paying twice.
Navigate to the Event you have paid commission for in the Event screen and open up its detail screen.
The case must be in a Pending Payment status
Check the box for Commission Paid
