How do I send a sales order with no replenishment address?

If you'd like to send a sales order to a facility with no replenishment address listed you have a couple of options:

Download the Sales Order with No Replenishment Address

  1. Navigate to the Event in question in Beacon

  2. Click on it to open its detail screen

  3. Click on the More menu to view the dropdown list of options

  4. Under the options for Sales Order, select "Download PDF (No Replenishment Address)"

  5. This will trigger a PDF download of your sales order with no replenishment address so you may share it.

Send the Sales Order via Email from Beacon with No Replenishment Address

  1. Navigate to the Event in question in Beacon

  2. Click on it to open its detail screen

  3. Click on the More menu to view the dropdown list of options

  4. Under the options for Sales Order, select "Send as Attachment"

  5. In the resulting pop-up screen, make any adjustments to the email information such as the sender, CC address, recipient, or body of the email

  6. Then check the box for "Send email PDF with NO replenishment Address"

  7. Your email will be sent as normal, but the sales order PDF will bear no replenishment address.
