To create a physician in Beacon, navigate to the Directory section and select the Physicians Page. Next, follow these steps to set up your physician:
First, click the +New Physician button in the upper right corner
Enter the name of your physician.
If applicable, enter any search tags you'd like to assign to this physician. These tags will be able to be used to recall this physician in a search.
Enter the contact information for your physician.
If you'd like to track any associations between this Physician and other directory records, create as many of those as you'd like here.
Click Create!
Be sure to assign your new physician to any users who may do business with them.
