To download a report of your inventory, we have 3 options for you depending on the level of detail you're looking for.
Beacon provides an unparalleled degree of inventory detail in the industry, allowing you to dial in on individual devices and their statuses. However, sometimes you need a high level look at your inventory.
We'll take you through the various options in this article so you can get to the data you're looking for.
Inventory Export - All Records: This is the most detail report and will provide you with a list of every device in your inventory in great detail.
Inventory Export - Stock: This is the middle of the road level of detail. We roll up inventory where possible, while still breaking inventory out by lot, expiration, custody, status, etc.
Inventory Export - Stock Lite: This is the highest level inventory report, which will allow you to view inventory rolled up to the Catalog, Lot, and Custody level.
