While there are a number of sales reporting methods in Beacon, the Total Sales Data Export is the most straightforward and complete sales report.
The Sales Data Export offers a detailed, granular view of your sales activities. This report presents a comprehensive table with an extensive list of columns, each providing specific insights into individual sales events. By consolidating this information in one place, the report enables you to dive deep into your sales data, uncover trends, and gain a thorough understanding of your sales performance.

The Total Sales Data Export report will provide you with a list of all of your sales in the given range including: Event Id, Event Date, Event Name, Event Type, Event Status, Manufacturer(s) Assigned, Created by Role, Procedure Name, Facility Name, Region, Assigned Distributor Group, Rep Name, Physician Name, MRN/Case ID, Total Items, PO Numbers, PO Date, Total Sales (Calc), Total Commission, Commission Paid Status, Total Cost of Goods, Producct Line, Catalog #, Lot #, Invoice Paid Status, Invoice Email Date(s), Total Additional cost Adjustments, Event Last Modified Date.
To export, Click on the Kabob menu in the upper right corner of the report table titled, "Tile Actions", then select "Download"
Be sure not to click on the kabob menu at the top of the screen by mistake.
Then select the Advanced Settings:
Results: With Visualization options applied
Data Values: Unformatted (no rounding, special characters, etc.)
Number of Rows to Include: All Results
