If you're in a case and the items in the devices used tab show a yellow warning icon, then you are being alerted of a pricing issue. This icon means that no Facility Contract Pricing is pulling for that item with the assigned Facility.
What this means:
The price displayed is the list price (MSRP)
No discount is being applied on this case
No contract price is entered for this item at the assigned Facility
What Can I Do?
Edit the Price Manually by clicking the pencil icon next to that item.
Contact your Manufacturer Admin about getting the proper pricing loaded for this Facility (critical to prevent issues in the future)
