If you forgot your password you can reset it using the email associated with your Conover Online account. Go to the Conover Online log in screen and select the "Forgot Password?" link. Follow the prompts and you will receive an email from Conover with a link that allows you to create a new password. If you are not receiving the email, make sure to check your SPAM/JUNK folder (if you continue to not receive the email contact your administrator or system administrator and they can reset your password for you).

In order for the link in the email to work correct, you need to log out of your account. To do this, select the menu and choose Sign Out.
