Updated over a week ago

If Conover Online is not loading or working properly, the problem is usually specific to that device's browser as outages for Conover Online are rare. Below are common fixes to try that frequently resolve an issue you might have. If the problem persists after trying the fixes below, please contact our Support team using the chat head in the bottom corner.

1. Try reloading/refreshing the webpage

This is the easiest and quickest way to try to fix a webpage that is not loading or working correctly. Use the reload/refresh button in your browser which will force the webpage you are currently viewing to reload. If the problem persists, try the next fix below.

2. Try to replicate the issue on another device

If you or your user are having an issue, have you or that person try logging into their account on another device. If you are an administrator or system administrator and know that user's email and password for their Conover Online account, you can try to log in on another device (such as your own device) for the user to see if the problem persists.

If the problem only happens on the one device, that means the problem is specific to that device so continue with the next fix below. If the problem persists on both devices, please contact our Support team.

3. Update or try a different browser

First, make sure you are using a recommended browser. Conover recommends using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Edge. Do not use Internet Explorer as Microsoft has discontinued supporting and updating that browser and it will not work with Conover Online anymore.

Second, sometimes people use an outdated browser that is causing issues with Conover Online. Most browsers update automatically otherwise see if you can update it.

Third, try a different browser to see if the issue happens on just the one browser or both. If the problem only happens on the one browser, that means the problem is specific to that browser so continue with the next fix below. If the problem persists on both browsers, please contact our Support team.

4. Clear the browser's cache

Clearing the browser's cache essentially resets how your browser loads Conover Online and often resolves any lingering issues. The following link https://clear-my-cache.com/ will show you how to clear your cache. After you clear the cache, exit your browser and then open it and try to log in again. If the problem persists, please contact our Support team.

Use the Conover Online iOS App

At this time, Apple does not allow their mobile devices (iPhone and iPad) browsers to auto-play videos on websites with the intention of preventing advertisement videos from playing. One downside of this feature is that also Conover Online videos will not play automatically. However, you can fix this by having your users use the Conover Online app which can be downloaded in the App Store. Below are ways to download the app from the user's device:

IMPORTANT: Only a user account can use the Conover Online app from the App Store. Administrators and system administrator accounts should use their Conover Online accounts using a browser on a laptop or desktop for the best experience.

  • Open the App Store app, search for "Conover Online"' and download the "Conover Online" app.

  • Open a browser and go to the Conover Online login screen and select the link to download the app which will bring you to the App Store and Conover Online app which you can then download.

  • Open this link https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/conover-online/id477788089?mt=8 which will bring you to the App Store and Conover Online app which you can then download.
