To use our SAML SSO feature, please reach out to our Support team via our support chat to request access to this feature.
Once enabled, your system administrator of your organization's Conover Online account can access the configuration option which can be found via Configure > SAML Authentication.
The three fields at the top of the screen need to be updated with information from your SAML SSO provider as shown below.
The information you need from Conover Online can be found under the "Quick guide" section. This information needs to be entered into your provider. Every provider labels their fields differently, but this information should give you the general idea of where to input this information. Your custom URL to initiate single sign-on can be found at the bottom of the screen.
