Preset assignments are created by you or someone in your organization. If you regularly need to make the same exact assignment for users, a preset assignment allows you to do so more easily and quickly instead of requiring you to repeat the full assignment setup process each time.

Note: Both System Administrator and Administrator account types can create and use preset assignments. Preset assignments created by System Administrators can be used by other System Administrators and Administrators whereas if a Administrator creates a preset assignment only that Administrator and the System Administrators can use it (other Administrators cannot).
