Matrices in CONQA

This article explains what Matrices are in CONQA and how they are used to track project progress.

⚠️ Matrices is a legacy feature

Matrices has reached the end of its life and is no longer under active development or supported by the CONQA team.

Access to Matrices is limited to accounts that were already using this feature before it was discontinued. New accounts are not able to have Matrices enabled.

If you are an existing Matrices user and have questions, please reach out to us at support@conqahq.com

To access existing matrices:

  • Head to CONQA Console

  • Select Matrices on the sidebar (if you do not see this, Matrices are not enabled on this project)

Progress matrices are a live link to your project. This means that if work is being completed on site, it will save to your progress matrices. You can see the last time the QA date was updated in the top right of the Matrix.

If you require more up to date data you can click the Refresh Matrix button to update the data, this may take a few minutes.

The colour-coded system indicates where progress is being made.

  • Blue = work is complete and passed

  • Yellow = work has started in this area but is not yet complete

  • Red = failed items

  • Grey = work has not started or has been flagged as not applicable

You can also click items in the progress matrix to jump to the exact location of a pass or fail to find out more information.

To Save/Export the matrix as a PDF, please see this article.
