Managing your Master List

Account Admins can manage which projects have access to specific checklist templates via the Checklist templates tab under Account Settings.

To view and manage your Master List Templates for your account, you will need to open the CONQA Account in Console, click on 'Settings' on the lefthand menu, then click on 'Checklist templates'.

On this screen you can see all Checklist Templates in your Master List, the number of projects they have been added to, and the last updated date.

Clicking on the project number next to the checklist template name will open a window on the right of the screen that shows:

  • the content of that checklist

  • options to download, edit, rename or archive the checklist

  • an option to update instances of this checklist across projects

  • which projects the checklist is available on

  • version history

Download and Add templates

From the Checklist templates screen, you can download an excel breakdown of all templates, and also add new templates. These buttons can be found in the top right of the screen.

To download a breakdown of a specific checklist template, hit the three dots to the right of a specific checklist and select Download template.

Make changes to Master List templates

Account Admins can Edit Checklist Templates from your Master List. Read the full article on how to make changes to checklist templates here: Checklist Template Editing

You can also Rename or Archive templates from the action list.

Please note: updating a Master List template will update it for all projects it is shared to. If you do not want changes reflected in all projects, please advise our Support team.
