You may have an existing message or fax that contains one or more attachments needing further organization and deletion of unwanted pages. To submit an existing message to Triage, use the following process:
Select My Intake from the menu on the left
Identify the desired message for Triage. Messages that contain a single structured document attachment, such as a CCD, cannot and do not need to be triaged. To reassign the patient for an incorrectly assigned structured document, simply update the fields within the message. Fully structured attachments cannot be separated into separate files or pages.
Click on the drop down arrow on the right-hand side and select Triage - see example below:

If you are already in a message or fax, select the drop down to the right of the reply icon and select Triage - see example below:
