You generally qualify if you meet one of these:
Income: Over $200,000 annually (or $300,000 jointly with a spouse) for the last two years, with the expectation of the same this year.
Net worth: Over $1 million, excluding your primary residence.
Professional license: Hold certain securities licenses, such as the Series 7, Series 65, or Series
